• What operating system you arc running, ie: Windows, Mac, NetWare, 
UNIX. If you are not sure, just tell us the model and make of your computer.

• The physical capacity of your drive or other storage media that has 
failed. If you don’t know we’ll try to help you find out. The model 
number of the drive is also useful but not required.

• About the current problem, any particular symptoms or steps that led 
to the situation. Once you’ve placed your order with DriveSavers, you are not required to 
submit any contracts, fill out forms, or other paperwork that would 
delay the completion of your recovery. You will receive a confirmation 
of your order by fax or email that clearly states the quote, the
job number we’ve assigned, and shipping instructions. Your recovery

Priority Service

If your need is urgent or time-critical, our Priority Service is designed to provide you with the fastest possible recovery. DriveSavers engineers are committed to around-the-clock service any time of the day or night, seven days a week to complete your recovery in the shortest possible time.

High Security Service

This is an additional service available for jobs set up at the Standard or Priority level. You will receive a signed Confidentiality Agreement shortly after placing your order and prior to our receipt of your drive. Once received, engineers with Government Security Clearance will perform the recovery in a Government approved secure area. When the recovery has been completed, two copies of the data are sent to you by different shipping methods and all onsite copies of the data are destroyed.
